Before downloading, installing or using the App, please read these Terms of Service (“the Terms”) carefully. Once you start using the App, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms herein.

本 App 是一款场景驱动的扫描工具,提供文档采集、自动取边、透视矫正、OCR 识别、增强滤镜、PDF 生成与文档管理等功能。除可选的云同步外,全部识别与转换均在您的设备本地完成。 The App is a scenario-driven scanner offering document capture, auto edge detection, perspective correction, OCR, enhancement filters, PDF generation and document management. Except for optional cloud sync, all recognition and conversion run locally on your device.
我们可能根据产品演进对功能进行调整、新增或下线,重大变更将通过应用内提示或本页面公告。 We may adjust, add or retire features as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app notices or on this page.
你承诺合法、正当地使用本 App,不得利用本 App从事下列行为: You agree to use the App lawfully and properly, and not to use it to:
你通过本 App 导出、分享的内容由你自行负责,我们不对你使用导出内容的方式承担责任。 You are responsible for the content you export and share; we are not liable for how you use exported content.
本 App 的软件代码、界面设计、图标、商标及相关素材的知识产权归我们所有。本 App 集成的开源组件(如 OCR 引擎、文档检测模型)遵循其各自的开源许可协议。 The software code, interface design, icons, trademarks and related materials of the App are owned by us. Open-source components integrated into the App (such as the OCR engine and document detection models) follow their respective open-source licenses.
你对自己扫描、导入的内容及其导出结果享有合法权益;我们不会获取、使用或处分你的内容。 You retain all rights to the content you scan, import and export; we do not access, use or dispose of your content.
你的隐私对我们在意。本 App 如何处理(以及更重要的——不处理)你的信息,详见《隐私政策》。 Your privacy matters to us. How the App handles — and more importantly, does not handle — your information is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
云同步为可选功能,使用你自己配置的 WebDAV / 坚果云 / GitHub 服务。该功能的可用性与数据安全同时取决于对应第三方服务的稳定性与你的配置正确性。 Cloud sync is optional and uses the WebDAV, Nutstore or GitHub service you configure. Its availability and data safety depend on the stability of the corresponding third-party service and the correctness of your configuration.
我们不对第三方服务的中断、数据丢失或配置错误导致的损失承担责任。备份文件仅包含文档元数据与文本,不含图片;请自行保管好同步凭证,并定期在本地留存重要文档。 We are not liable for losses caused by third-party service interruptions, data loss or misconfiguration. Backup files contain document metadata and text only, not images. Please keep your sync credentials safe and retain important documents locally.
我们可能不时调整、暂停或终止部分功能。你可以随时停止使用本 App并卸载;你停止使用前已导出到设备本地或系统的文件,不受影响。 We may adjust, suspend or discontinue features from time to time. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time; files you have already exported to your device or the system remain unaffected.
若你违反本协议或法律法规,我们有权限制或终止你使用本 App 的相关功能。 If you violate the Terms or applicable laws, we may restrict or terminate your access to relevant features of the App.
本协议的订立、执行与解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议或本 App 使用产生的争议,双方应先友好协商;协商不成的,任何一方可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of the Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from the Terms or the use of the App shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit to a competent people's court at our place of domicile.
