01引言Introduction

ScanKing 智享扫描王(以下简称「我们」或「本 App」)是一款场景驱动的扫描工具:拍照或导入后自动取边、透视矫正、OCR 识别,并导出为 PDF / TXT / Markdown / 图片包。本 App 的全部识别与转换均在你设备上完成。本隐私政策旨在以清晰、坦诚的方式说明我们如何处理(以及更重要的——不处理)你的信息。 ScanKing (“we”, “us” or “the App”) is a scenario-driven scanner: after capture or import it detects edges, corrects perspective, runs OCR, and exports PDF / TXT / Markdown / image archives. All recognition and conversion happen on your device. This Privacy Policy explains, clearly and honestly, how we handle — and more importantly, do not handle — your information.

02我们收集的信息Information We Collect

我们不收集任何个人数据。具体而言,我们不收集: We collect no personal data. Specifically, we do not collect:

• 个人身份信息 —— 姓名、邮箱、电话号码等,因为我们没有账号与注册系统。 Personally identifiable information — name, email, phone number, etc., because we have no account or registration system.
• 使用与遥测数据 —— 我们不记录操作日志、崩溃堆栈、设备标识符或使用统计,也不集成任何广告、分析或追踪 SDK。 Usage and telemetry data — we do not log actions, crash stacks, device identifiers or usage statistics, and we embed no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
• 扫描内容 —— 你拍摄或导入的文档、OCR 识别文本、增强图与导出结果,均只在本地处理,我们无法访问。 Scan content — documents you capture or import, OCR text, enhanced images and export results are processed locally and are inaccessible to us.
• 定位、通讯录、日历等敏感信息 —— 本 App 不请求此类权限,也不具备相关功能。 Sensitive data such as location, contacts or calendars — the App neither requests nor has any such capability.

你通过 App Store / Google Play 下载本 App 时,平台方可能会依据其自身的隐私政策处理你的交易信息(如账户与下载记录),这与本 App 无关,请参阅相应平台的隐私政策。 When you download the App from the App Store / Google Play, the store may process your transaction data (such as your account and download history) under its own Privacy Policy; this is outside our control. Please refer to the store's Privacy Policy.

03相机、相册与扫描处理Camera, Photos and Scan Processing

拍照扫描使用设备相机,导入图片使用系统照片选择器。快门之后,归一化、四角识别、透视矫正、滤镜与 OCR 均在你的设备上按序完成: Scanning uses the device camera, and importing uses the system photo picker. After the shutter, normalization, corner detection, perspective correction, filters and OCR all run on your device:

• 自动取边 —— 取景与拍照后,文档四角由设备本地的检测模型识别,可随时手动调整四角。 Auto edge detection — document corners are detected by an on-device model, in the viewfinder and after capture; you can always adjust them manually.
• OCR 识别 —— 文字识别由端内引擎完成,不联网、不上传图片;识别队列可取消,冷启动后自动续跑。 OCR — text recognition runs through an on-device engine: no network, no image uploads. The queue is cancellable and resumes after a restart.
• 导出与分享 —— PDF 生成、图片打包均由本地完成;分享、打印、存入相册由系统能力承接,文件从你的设备直接发往你选择的目标。 Export & share — PDF generation and image packing are local; sharing, printing and saving to Photos are handled by the system, sending the file from your device directly to your chosen destination.

04云同步(可选功能)Cloud Sync (Optional)

本 App 提供可选的云同步,用于在多设备间迁移文档。它完全由你掌控: The App offers optional cloud sync for moving your documents between devices. It is entirely under your control:

• 使用你自己的服务器 —— 支持 WebDAV / 坚果云 / GitHub Contents。备份文件只写入你配置的仓库或目录,我们不运营任何同步服务器。 Your own server — WebDAV, Nutstore or GitHub Contents are supported. Backup files are written only to the repository or folder you configure; we operate no sync servers.
• 只备份元数据与文本 —— 备份内容为文档列表(标题、场景、收藏、文件夹等)与可选的 OCR 文本;不上传图片二进制,扫描图片始终只保存在本机。 Metadata and text only — backups contain the document list (title, scenario, favorite, folder, etc.) and optional OCR text; image binaries are never uploaded. Scan images always stay on your device.
• 凭证仅存本机 —— 你填写的 WebDAV 地址、账号或 GitHub Token 仅保存在设备本地,不随备份上传,我们也无法获取。 Credentials stay local — your WebDAV URL, account or GitHub token are stored on your device only, never included in backups, and inaccessible to us.
• 不使用则完全静默 —— 不配置同步时,本 App 不发起任何网络请求。 Silent when unused — without sync configured, the App makes no network requests at all.

05权限说明Permissions

本 App 仅在功能需要时请求权限,你可以在系统设置中随时查看和调整: The App requests permissions only when a feature needs them, and you can review and adjust them anytime in system settings:

• 相机 —— 用于拍照扫描。不授权时无法拍照,但仍可导入图片进行扫描。 Camera — used for capturing scans. Without it you cannot take photos, but importing images still works.
• 照片选择 —— 导入图片使用系统照片选择器,你在其中选择的图片才会交给 App,选择过程本身不需要相册读取权限。 Photo picking — importing uses the system photo picker; only images you select are handed to the App, and picking requires no library access permission.
• 相册写入(仅添加) —— 仅用于你把导出结果保存到系统相册。不授权时仍可导出到文件、分享或打印。 Photo library (add-only) — used solely to save exports to your system photo library. Without it, you can still export to files, share or print.

任何权限均不会被用于数据收集或追踪目的。 No permission is ever used for data collection or tracking purposes.

06数据存储与安全Storage and Security

• 全部本地存储 —— 文档列表、页面、OCR 文本与扫描图片均保存在本机的应用数据库中,不会同步到任何账户或云端。 All local — document lists, pages, OCR text and scan images live in the App's on-device database; nothing is synced to any account or cloud.
• 回收站 —— 删除的文档与页面进入回收站保留 30 天,期间可随时恢复,过期后自动彻底清除。 Recycle bin — deleted documents and pages go to a recycle bin for 30 days, restorable anytime and purged automatically after expiry.
• 卸载即清除 —— 删除本 App 后,其写入的全部本地数据(文档、图片、缓存、临时文件)随之删除。 Uninstall wipes everything — when you delete the App, all local data it wrote (documents, images, caches, temp files) is removed with it.
• 数据最小化 —— 由于我们不收集数据,也就没有可被泄露、丢失或滥用的数据面。 Data minimization — because we collect nothing, there is no data surface to leak, lose or abuse.

07与第三方共享Sharing with Third Parties

我们不会出售、出租、交易或以任何形式向第三方披露你的信息。本 App 不包含任何第三方广告、分析或追踪框架。 We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose your information to any third party in any form. The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking frameworks.

唯一的「共享」是你主动发起的导出与分享:文件通过系统分享面板发往你选择的应用或联系人,以及你自行配置的云同步目标。这两者都由你触发,我们不参与、不留存。 The only “sharing” is the export and sharing you initiate: files go through the system share sheet to the apps or contacts you choose, and to the sync destination you configured. Both are triggered by you; we neither participate nor retain anything.

若法律法规、司法程序或政府主管机关依法要求,我们将在法律允许的范围内配合。鉴于我们不持有任何用户数据,此类情况在事实上难以发生。 If laws, judicial proceedings or government authorities require it, we will comply to the extent permitted by law. In practice this is virtually impossible since we hold no user data.

08儿童隐私Children's Privacy

本 App 面向一般用户,不针对儿童设计,也不面向儿童提供定向内容或功能。由于我们不收集任何个人信息,包括儿童在内的所有用户均不存在个人信息被收集的可能。若你发现我们意外收集了任何此类信息,请联系我们,我们将立即核实并处理。 The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children, nor does it offer targeted content or features for children. Since we collect no personal information, no personal data of any user — including children — can be collected. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

09你的权利与控制Your Rights and Control

• 完全掌控 —— 你的扫描件、识别文本与导出结果始终由你掌控:是否保存、是否导出、是否删除,均由你决定。 Full control — your scans, recognized text and exports remain entirely yours: saving, exporting and deleting are always your call.
• 无需账户,即无删除流程 —— 我们没有账号系统,因此不存在需要「注销账户」或「申请删除数据」的流程;在 App 内删除文档、清空回收站、或直接卸载,即完成数据删除。 No account, nothing to delete — there is no account system, so there is no account-deletion or data-removal request to file; deleting documents in the App, emptying the recycle bin, or uninstalling completes data deletion.
• 撤回权限 —— 你可以随时在系统设置中关闭相机或相册写入,相关功能将受限,但不影响你继续使用其余功能或删除本 App。 Revoke permissions — you can turn off camera or photo-library access in system settings at any time; related features will be limited, and you can always delete the App.

10政策变更Changes to This Policy

Material changes (such as the introduction of data collection) will be announced prominently in advance.
